 Llego al momento en el que creo que debo aportar con lo aprendido en mi carrera profesional.

En este sentido, debo agradecer la oportunidad que me ha brindado Conferenzia World de poder participar como ponente en el Global EPC & Risk Management Summit.

Bajo el título Pre-Disputa y Resolución de Disputas en Acuerdos EPC a Nivel de Proyecto, se me permitió dar una visión general sobre cuáles son los principales elementos a tener en cuenta durante el ciclo de vida del proyecto, para garantizar la adecuada creación y defensa de reclamaciones y disputas, como realizar una presentación adecuada de reclamaciones, siempre orientado hacia la discusión de las partes para una solución amistosa, mientras aseguramos la composición de un expediente de reclamación sólido y  documentado que pueda sustentar procesos arbitrales y/o litigio.

Fue una experiencia emocionante compartir mis conocimientos y poder responder a las dudas de los participantes.

Gracias a Conferenzia World y en particular a Renato Nazzini y Lopita Pal por la oportunidad brindada y excelente organización del evento.

I reached the moment where I must give back what I learned in my professional career.

In this regard, I must thank the opportunity given by Conferenzia World to participate as speaker in the Global EPC & Risk Management Summit.

Under the heading of Pre-Dispute and Dispute Resolution in EPC Agreements at Project Level, I was allowed to give a general view on what are the main elements to take care during project lifecycle to ensure adequate claims and counterclaims built up, allowing adequate claims presentation, moving toward parties’ discussion for an amicable settlement and on the contrary, ensure there is a documented claim dossier to enter into arbitration and/or litigation processes.

It was an exciting experience to share my knowledge and be able to reply to participants doubts.
