Horizonte Constitucional del Arbitraje en España

Ha sido un placer poder atender a esta jornada.

Ponencias de altísimo nivel, manifestando de forma
clara y concisa la situación del arbitraje dentro del marco constitucional y la
evolución del arbitraje en España en los últimos años, cara a convertir España en una opción adecuada y confiable para la resolución de disputas mediante el arbitraje.

Mi sincero agradecimiento al Consejo General del Poder Judicial (C.G.P.J.), al Club Español del Arbitraje y ponentes, por la excelente organización del evento.

It has been a pleasure to be able to attend this day.

Presentations of highest level, manifesting in a clear and concise manner how arbitration works within the Spanish constitutional framework and the evolution of arbitration in Spain in recent years, with target to make Spain an adequate and reliable option for the resolution of disputes through arbitration.
