XVI Congreso Internacional del CEA

Un placer el haber participado en este congreso del Club Español del Arbitraje.

Una magnífica oportunidad de compartir y debatir con colegas de habla hispana la perspectiva actual en aceptación del arbitraje y mediación como método de resolución de disputas, procedimientos acelerados, estimación de lucro cesante o clausulas escalonadas.

Mi agradecimiento sin medida al Club Español del Arbitraje y los ponentes, por la organización del evento, tan magnifica aportación al mundo de la mediación y resolución de disputas mercantiles y permitir compartir las diferentes perspectivas en el mundo del arbitraje a nivel internacional.
