CGPJ – El orden público en el arbitraje

MF-PMS

Ha sido un placer estar presentes un año mas en las jornadas formativas organizadas por el Club Español del Arbitraje y el Consejo General del Poder Judicial.

En esta ocasión se abordó el concepto de orden publico tanto nacional, como europeo y su interactuación con el el arbitraje, pudiendo ser origen de nulidad de laudos arbitrales y la aproximación de los tribunales españoles y europeos en la revisión y evaluación de posibles peticiones de nulidad.

Muchas gracias tanto al Club Español del Arbitraje, como al Consejo General del Poder Judicial por la impecable organización del evento y traer a la mesa ponentes de primer nivel en la materia.
