PMI – Webinar: “Consideraciones en contratos EPC”

Creo que siempre es bueno compartir el conocimiento adquirido.

En este caso, agradezco la oportunidad ofrecida por Capitulo de Madrid del PMI, la oportunidad que me ofrece, para compartir, con mis compañeros de profesión, parte del conocimiento adquirido en estos años.

En esta ocasión abordo el tema de los cuidados que deben de tenerse en cuenta en contratos EPC para garantizar el soporte adecuado de reclamaciones y disputas, con el objetivo de darle una resolucion pacifica y justa a dichas disputas y evitar en la medida de lo posible el llegar a situaciones mayores de arbitraje o litigio.
