CGPJ – Incidencia de la Inteligencia Artificial en la jurisdicción y en el arbitraje

Ha sido un placer estar presentes un año mas en las jornadas formativas organizadas por el Club Español del Arbitraje y el Consejo General del Poder Judicial.

En esta ocasión se abordó la incidencia de la inteligencia artificial en la jurisdiccion y el arbitraje. Como la Inteligencia Artificial está siendo incorporada en la labor de jueces, fiscales, abogados y árbitros, cual es el papel de apoyo que desempeña agilizando procesos preparatorios y cuál es el futuro que se prevé, donde en ningún caso se considera que pueda tomar el papel de jueces y árbitros.

Igualmente se repasó cual es el buen uso de la misma y los peligros que entraña, peligros de confidencialidad, sesgos de programación y aprendizaje, la devolución de medias estadísticas y situaciones alucinatorias de los algoritmos que la entrañan.

Muchas gracias tanto al Club Español del Arbitraje, como al Consejo General del Poder Judicial por la impecable organización del evento y traer a la mesa ponentes de primer nivel en la materia.
